The company organizes area meetings annually on a per region basis (North Luzon, Metro Manila, South Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao). Last November, several area meetings were held with the goal of defining company direction and resolving company issues. The gatherings were held in resorts and team building activities were incorporated during the event. These meetings/team building activities aim at improving work relationships and alignment of company goals.
